PHR Services Ltd are a professional Portable Appliance Testing (P.A.T) Company. Since 1996 we have been testing electrical appliances for a number of well known Companies. PAT Testing or Portable Appliance Testing is Law and all electrical appliances should be tested annually according to Health and Saftey Regulations.
